But my journey into this work didn’t start with spirituality, books, or retreats.
It started with chaos.
I grew up in a home shaped by alcoholism, physical abuse, and emotional absence. Dropping out of high school felt like the end… but it was actually the beginning. At 19, my father dropped me off at a singles’ home with a suitcase and told me to “go find myself.” So I did — through survival, hard work, and years in the hospitality world.
One day, on a cruise ship, everything shifted.
Burnout. Emptiness. A soul quietly fading away.
That moment pushed me to quit smoking, stop drinking, start training, and rebuild myself from the inside out.
Life still had more lessons.
I became a father, built a business, and had it all — until divorce and failure pulled everything apart.
Emotionally, spiritually, and financially,
I hit rock bottom.
The Journey That Shaped the Mentor I Am Today
But then came the whisper...
In a hotel lobby, I overheard a conversation about energy and transformation. Something in me said yes. I invested in a coaching path I couldn’t afford but I also couldn’t afford to stay the same.
