Cancellation Policy

Because of this commitment-based approach, all sales are final and cancellations are limited. Please read the details below.

1. Digital Products

  • All digital products (eBooks, guides, journals in PDF, instant downloads, programs, or resources) are delivered immediately after purchase.

  • As such, orders cannot be canceled or refunded once completed.

2. Physical Products

  • Orders for physical items (journals, t-shirts, sweatshirts, etc.) are processed quickly to ensure timely delivery.

  • Once an order has been placed, we are unable to guarantee cancellation, modification, or changes.

  • Please review your order carefully before checkout to ensure accuracy.

3. Memberships & Subscriptions

  • You may cancel your membership or subscription at any time by logging into your account or contacting us at info@ascendnatiion.com

  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You will continue to have access until your paid period ends.

  • No refunds will be issued for any remaining time on your membership once canceled.

4. Programs, Coaching & Workshops

  • All programs, courses, coaching sessions, and workshops are non-cancellable and non-refundable.

  • By enrolling, you are committing to show up fully for yourself and your transformation.

5. Force Majeure (Beyond Our Control)

In rare circumstances where we must reschedule or delay a program, workshop, or delivery due to events outside our control (such as illness, natural disasters, or technical issues), we will communicate promptly and provide a new timeline.
