I finally found peace within myself after years of anxiety and stress, thanks to Anya!
For years, I was constantly living with anxiety, stress, and insecurities, even though on the outside I was doing everything right. I’m a physical therapist, a yoga instructor, and I teach multiple classes, always helping others. But inside, my mind was always telling me I wasn’t enough. I was always giving to others, until I realized I couldn’t truly help anyone if I didn’t help myself first.
That’s when I decided to start working with Anya. These past two months have not been easy, but they have been so worth it. There was a time I was just
surviving,
not living.
14 years ago, my life felt like a dead end. I was stuck in an emotionally abusive marriage, addicted to smoking, broke, and selling vacuum cleaners I hated. Every day felt heavy, and I had no vision, no purpose, no direction.
Then one random day, while trying to sell a vacuum in a conference room I didn’t even want to be in, I met someone who would change everything. Not a customer, a mentor.
That day, my life cracked open

I said yes to the next workshop, to the inner work, and finally… to myself.
It wasn’t easy. After months of deep spiritual training, I made the hardest choice of my life: I got a divorce. We were on different paths, and I wasn’t going to stay small just for comfort.
I followed my intuition to China for a year, but raising kids there or in Europe didn’t feel right. When the idea of moving to the Caribbean came up, I didn’t hesitate.
