Access Issues: If you do not receive your download link within minutes, please check your spam folder. If it’s still missing, contact us at info@ascendnatiion.com so we can assist promptly.
No Shipping Fees: Digital products are delivered online only and do not incur shipping costs.
2. Physical Products
Products Covered: This includes journals, t-shirts, sweatshirts, and other tangible creations.
Processing Time: Orders are processed within 3–7 business days. Each item is carefully prepared before shipment.
Shipping Time: Delivery times vary based on destination:
Domestic (within [USA]): 5–10 business days after processing.
International: 10–20 business days, depending on location and customs clearance.
Shipping Rates: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on your location and order size.
