1. Digital Products (Instant Downloads)

All digital products (eBooks, guides, journals in PDF, programs, or other resources) are delivered as instant downloads immediately upon purchase.
Due to the immediate access nature of digital content, we cannot offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once the purchase is complete.

2. Physical Products

All physical items (journals, t-shirts, sweatshirts, etc.) are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
Each product is carefully checked and packaged before shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [Insert Support Email] with photos, and we will do our best to support you.
We are not responsible for incorrect addresses provided at checkout, lost or stolen packages, or delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.
